Dr. Lexie Daley

   I received my doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from Brigham Young University, with additional training in child, expressive and trauma therapies at Gil Institute for Trauma and Recovery in Fairfax, Virginia.  


I volunteered at the Bradley Center for Grieving Children and Families from 2014-15. I currently teach and supervise masters level MFT students at Argosy and Brigham Young Universities.

Cindy Voorhees

I received a Master’s Degree and clinical training in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.  I have received advanced training in EMDR therapy from The EMDR Institute.


My specialties include

I am passionate about helping people rediscover their inherent goodness, and marvel that as clients are offered new tools, they discover their innate abilities to reach higher ground. Tammy Hill

I received my masters in marriage and family therapy at Argosy University in 2013 and have been licensed since 2015. I also studied in the masters program for medical dietetics from 1985 to 1986 at Utah State University.


I currently serve as a member of the Utah State Licensing Board for
Marriage and Family Therapy. I also teach in the School of Family Life
at Brigham Young University.


My specialties include:

  • Couples Therapy (including premarital and re-marital counseling)
  • Couples Sex Therapy
  • Mixed Family Relationships (remarriage, step-parenting, co-parenting)

My therapeutic approach is largely centered around healthy attachment.
I focus on conversations that create connection within marriages and
family relationships. I am passionate about helping clients claim joy
in family life!

Dr. Alan Springer, Director

My doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy was completed at Brigham Young University after receiving a master’s degree and clinical training in the state of Washington.

  
I served as a member of the Utah State Licensing Board for Marriage and Family Therapy, was president of the Utah Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University.


My specialties include:

  • Couples Therapy
  • Multi-generational Family Therapy

When life is especially hard and when relationships get stuck it can seem that we or others are problems to be fixed. My experience and conviction are that people are rarely the problem and that solutions are created when couples and families unite against problems.

Shannon Hudson

I completed my undergraduate work at BYU-Idaho in Marriage and Family Studies and am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University.  


I also have experience working with families and individuals who suffer with addiction and mental health disorders.  I have spent the past three years working at Utah Addiction Centers, a residential treatment center for individuals suffering with chemical, behavioral, and feeling addictions.

Bryce Daley

I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Consumer and Community Studies with an emphasis in family finance. I am a current masters student and intern in marriage and family therapy from North Central University.


I have training in Child Parent Relationship Training with Gary Landreth. I have experience with couples therapy groups. I also have experience with partner acrobatics, which requires communication and coordination similar to what works in couples relationships.
